How do I buy subscriptions for my team?

Right in the pricing boxes. You simply increase the quantity. Quantity one is your own subscription, every extra one is a subscription you distribute to your team. It all runs on a single invoice.

Can I buy different subscriptions for different people?

Yes. You can mix, for example a few Starter and a few Pro in the same purchase. Each person gets exactly the plan you assign them, and you pay one shared invoice.

How do I assign a subscription to someone?

Under My subscriptions you invite the person by email and choose the plan. They receive an invitation and then their own private account with monthly credits.

How do I accept a subscription invitation?

You have two ways. Either click the link in the invitation email. Or, if you already have a snaptosuit account, accept the invitation right in your dashboard under Pending invitations. After that your monthly credits are ready to use.

Can the person who pays see my photos?

No. Whoever pays for the subscription only manages billing. Your photos stay fully private and are visible only to you. Every account is separate.

Can I give a subscription to people outside my company?

Yes. You can invite any email address, regardless of company or domain. That way you can also sponsor freelancers or partners, for example.

Can I cancel individual subscriptions instead of all at once?

Yes. Under My subscriptions you cancel each subscription individually. You can keep some seats and end others, exactly as you like. You never have to cancel the whole package at once.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum term. After cancellation nothing renews and no new charges occur.

Do I get money back when I cancel?

No, there is no partial refund for the current period. You can still use the time you already paid for in full, and after that nothing more is charged.

What happens to my credits if my subscription is cancelled or removed?

The credits already added and your images stay in your account. You just will not receive new monthly credits through that subscription anymore. If you want to continue, you can start your own subscription anytime.

How do I move a person to a larger plan?

You buy a new, larger subscription and assign it to the person. Then you cancel the smaller one they had before. This keeps handling simple and clear.
