No. Photos and generated portraits stay strictly between SnapToSuit and the client. You only see aggregate numbers (session count, status), never images or names.
Who is our clients' contractual partner?+
SnapToSuit. You appear as an intermediary with your own branding (“In cooperation with …”), while SnapToSuit remains the seller and is responsible for photo processing. That keeps your data-protection position simple.
