First check your spam folder. The person who invited you can also resend the invitation anytime. If you already have an account, you can accept the invitation right in your dashboard under Pending invitations.

We retry the payment and send you an email. Update your card in the customer portal, then your subscription continues normally. Your credits stay in the meantime.

Your account is protected by a password, and you can additionally enable two-factor login. That keeps your access safe even if someone knows your password.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, anytime. Nothing is deleted at snaptosuit without you, you decide yourself. If you delete your account, your data is removed.
