Understanding credits, billing and invoices
1 min read
At snaptosuit, credits pay for the extras; portraits themselves are included in your daily allowance. Credits are needed for 4K output, full-body scenes and upscaling. That way you keep an eye on the cost at all times.
Credits and plans
Your plan tops up new credits to your account automatically every month. There are four plans, from Solo for individuals to Business for larger teams. They differ in the daily portrait allowance, team features and monthly credits for extras. Unused credits do not expire, they stay on your account.
Buying extra credits
If your monthly credits are not enough once, you buy extra credits as a top-up. They are available right away and handy when you need more portraits in a given month.
Higher resolution
A regular portrait uses no credits; the 4K add-on costs 1 credit. For higher resolution or a 4K version, for print for example, a little extra credit may apply. You see this before confirming each time.
Invoices and currency
Every payment comes with an invoice showing VAT, which you find in the customer portal. You can pay in CHF, EUR or USD, by card as well as Apple Pay, TWINT, Klarna and Link.
Cancellation
Plans can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum term. A cancellation gives no partial refund, but you can use the time you already paid for in full.
