Partner Terms

These Partner Terms govern participation in the partner program of snaptosuit ("Program"). They apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application, the participating person or company ("Partner") accepts these terms. Last updated: 5 July 2026.

1. Subject matter

The Partner recommends the snaptosuit service to third parties and receives a revenue share in return. Referred customers are attributed exclusively via the Partner's personal promo codes, which customers redeem during checkout. The Partner acts as an independent intermediary; no employment, agency or corporate relationship is created, and the Partner is not entitled to legally represent snaptosuit or make declarations on its behalf.

2. Participation and approval

Participation requires an application and manual approval by us. There is no entitlement to admission; applications may be rejected without stating reasons. A snaptosuit account with accurate details is required. The Partner complies with all applicable laws, in particular regarding advertising, fair competition and data protection.

3. Promo codes

The Partner may create promo codes in the partner portal up to the displayed maximum number and maximum discount. The discount applies to the customer's first payment. We may make the activation of new codes subject to review and may deactivate codes at any time if they are used in a misleading, trademark-infringing or abusive manner. In particular, the following are prohibited: distribution via voucher/coupon portals without our prior consent, unsolicited bulk advertising (spam), advertising on third-party brand keywords (e.g. search ads on "snaptosuit"), and any presentation creating the impression that the Partner is snaptosuit itself.

4. Commission

The Partner receives a commission on payments of referred customers. The commission rate displayed in the partner portal (default: 30%) applies to net revenue, i.e. the amount actually paid after discounts and excluding VAT. A customer is attributed upon the first paid checkout with a partner code and only as a new customer; existing paying customers are not attributed. The Partner's own purchases and purchases via the Partner's own accounts are excluded from commission. Commission claims arise exclusively on payments actually and finally received by us – never in advance. We may adjust the commission rate, the duration of the revenue share and other conditions with effect for the future; commissions already accrued remain unaffected.

5. Refunds and reversals

If a payment is fully or partially refunded, charged back or proves to be fraudulent, the related commission claim lapses proportionally. Amounts already credited are offset against future commissions; any resulting negative balance is carried forward.

6. Statements and payout

Commissions are shown on an ongoing basis in the partner portal. Payouts are made monthly after the monthly close via bank transfer or PayPal to the payout details provided by the Partner, provided the open balance reaches the displayed minimum amount per currency; smaller balances are carried forward. The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of their payout details. Objections to a statement must be raised within 30 days of the payout.

7. Taxes and duties

The Partner is solely responsible for taxation of their commissions and for any social security and VAT obligations. Commissions are gross amounts; snaptosuit does not make any deductions for the Partner's taxes or duties.

8. Data and confidentiality

In the portal, the Partner only sees the information about referred customers required to operate the Program, in masked or aggregated form. This information may only be used to operate the Program and may not be disclosed to third parties. The Privacy Policy applies in addition.

9. Term, suspension and termination

Either party may end participation at any time without notice; we may additionally suspend participation with immediate effect in the event of a breach of these terms or suspected abuse (codes are deactivated). Upon ordinary termination, lawfully accrued outstanding commissions are paid out with the next monthly close; no new commission claims arise thereafter. In the event of termination for fraud or serious breach, outstanding commission claims are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Final provisions

We may amend these Partner Terms with effect for the future; we will announce material changes in an appropriate manner. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The provider and contracting party is snaptosuit; contact: team@snaptosuit.ch. Swiss substantive law applies exclusively, excluding conflict-of-laws rules; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat in Switzerland.
