Contributor Agreement

This agreement governs voluntary, unpaid contribution to snaptosuit ("Contributor Program"). It is aimed at people who wish to get involved in a committed but honorary capacity – for example alongside their studies or job. By applying or being admitted, the contributing person ("Contributor") accepts these terms. Last updated: 5 July 2026.

1. Voluntary engagement, not employment

The contribution is voluntary and unpaid. Expressly NO employment, service or work relationship is created and there is no entitlement to salary, compensation, social benefits, holidays or expenses. The Contributor is not subject to any employment-law authority to give instructions; scope, time and place of the contribution are agreed by mutual consent and flexibly. Either party may end the engagement at any time without stating reasons.

2. Commitment within the agreed scope

"Committed" means that the Contributor and snaptosuit agree on a specific contribution, a time window and a scope, and that both sides endeavour to honour what was agreed. This does not, however, create an enforceable obligation to perform; the contribution remains voluntary by nature.

3. Consideration (non-monetary)

In return, the Contributor receives idealistic and non-material benefits, in particular: practical experience and learning opportunities, on request a confirmation or reference for the contribution and – at snaptosuit's discretion – platform credits or other non-monetary perks. There is no legal entitlement to any particular consideration.

4. Rights in work results (IP)

The Contributor assigns all work results created in the course of the contribution (in particular code, designs, texts, concepts, graphics) – to the extent legally permissible and without additional remuneration – exclusively, worldwide, without limitation in time or content and transferably to snaptosuit; non-transferable moral rights remain reserved. The Contributor grants snaptosuit the right to edit, modify and further develop the results and warrants that the results are free of third-party rights (no third-party, unlicensed content).

5. Confidentiality

The Contributor treats all non-public information made accessible in the course of the contribution (in particular technical details, customer data, business figures, roadmaps) as strictly confidential, uses it solely for the contribution and does not pass it on to third parties. This obligation continues after the contribution ends. Access and data are returned or deleted upon termination.

6. Data protection

The processing of application and contact data is governed by the Privacy Policy. The data is processed solely to operate the Contributor Program and is not published without consent.

7. Own responsibility and liability

The Contributor acts on their own responsibility and is themselves responsible for any tax, social-security or residence-law consequences of their activity. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, snaptosuit is not liable for damage in connection with the voluntary contribution. No insurance cover is provided by snaptosuit.

8. Final provisions

We may amend this agreement with effect for the future. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The provider is snaptosuit; contact: team@snaptosuit.ch. Swiss substantive law applies exclusively, excluding conflict-of-laws rules; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat in Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain reserved.
